How do I use Please Me products?

Each product comes with detailed usage instruction guide for safe and enjoyable experiences. Please refer to these instructions for optimal results.

IMPORTANT:

Never use the product on damaged or affected skin. Please stop using the product if you feel any pain or discomfort while using it. We recommend getting in touch with a physician if needed.

Charging and Maintenance:

How do I charge my massager?

To charge your massager, simply connect the charging cable to the
designated port and a power source. The device's buttons will indicate the
charging status. Properly insert the pointed end of the charging cable into the marked point (DC) on the side of device. (give it a little push and it will go right in!) 

How should I clean my products?

We advise cleaning the products before and after each use with
soap and warm water or intimate wipes. Avoid the use of alcohol based cleaners.

Thoroughly dry them before storage to maintain their longevity.

How should I store my products?

We recommend to keep our massagers in the pouch for hygiene
purposes. Keep out of direct sunlight to prevent it from any damage.

Shipping and Tracking:

How long does shipping take with Please Me?

Our standard delivery generally takes 5-7 working days after placing an order.

We prioritize discreet shipping in unassuming packaging to respect
your privacy. All packages are shipped in plain brown corrugated boxes with minimal branding on the outside.

What is Please Me's return policy?

Due to the personal nature of our products, we can only accept
returns for unopened items or in cases of product defects. Refer to our Returns page for comprehensive details.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship Internationally.

How can I track my order?

Upon shipping, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking
link. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

Can I change my shipping or billing address after ordering?

What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

In the rare event of receiving a damaged or defective product, please contact us at hello@pleaseme.in within 7 days of receipt. Including photos will assist in resolving the issue promptly.
